Pilates Stick
A fun and affordable way to enjoy movements usually performed on studio equipment like the reformer and tower. A wood bar, hand/foot loops & "slastix" are attached to a ballet bar to perform roll-downs and other popular movements such as leg springs, armwork, standing tower or reformer rowing series. A great all-around workout for all levels. No previous equipment experience necessary! (Levels I - IV) See the schedule.
MVe Chair
Classic Pilates Wunda Chair movements and variations enhanced by music create stength, lengthen and tone while increasing your core stability skills. (Levels II, III, IV) See the schedule.
Cor Bar: Fitness
The Cor Pilates name ("cor" is Latin for "heart") denotes our belief that cardio fitness is central to good health. Cor Bar is a hybrid ballet bar class using principles of Pilates, dance and calisthenics to increase your heart rate, burn fat and tone your muscles. Flexibility and core strength are also a major focus. (Levels I - IV) See the schedule.
Cor Bar: Classical
Combining roots in ballet and similar graceful movement modalities, this class of quiet, strong and simple combinations will engage your mind and create long, lean muscles while teaching alignment and body awareness through classic barre work. This class is the perfect fitness vehicle for out of shape dancers as well as those who have never taken a dance class but have always wished they had! (Levels I-IV) See the schedule.
Pilates Stretch for Beginners
Gentle, sustained stretches form the foundation for basic Pilates movements. This class is designed for individuals with joint or muscle pain or those who just want to increase flexibility. Core strengthening is also a focus in this class. (Levels I - II) See the schedule.
Yamuna Body Rolling
Unlike other ball exercises, YBR goes far beyond random movement and stretch. It allows you to work specific muscles in detail, to create suppleness in tight areas and optimize range of motion. Yamuna Body Rolling™ reeducates muscles and stimulates bone, creating positive, permanent changes in the body. Align your skeleton, and release tight joints and muscles. This class will lead you through self-massage routines using 6 to 8 inch balls. Read all about it. See the schedule.
