Allyson
Allyson's positive, yet incredibly realistic approach to relationships with people is obvious from her interactions as a friend straight through to her instruction in the studio. A mother of two vibrant twin boys who top her list of life passions, she found Pilates about 10 years ago as an aid to her own lower back pain recovery. Now a certified intructor, Allyson is inspired by growth in her Pilates students – from body limitations or pain to body awareness and strength. Allyson teaches Pilates Stretch, the Reformer, Zumba…and the ability to laugh and let go through all of it. |

Dawn
Dawn is a runner who couldn't do her best if not for Pilates. When she's not running, wishing she could eradicate child and animal abuse or preaching the power of your inner core and its direct influence on your body, she relishes in the time with her family. A student for about seven years Dawn's desire to know how to be in her best body brought her to certification in 2010. She now teaches Pilates Mat and Stick classes, and in her true persistent nature, thinks and lives beyond herself to make an impact on people's lives. |

Julie
Julie's deep and eclectic experience in movement takes dance to a whole new level whether she's in our studio or sharing the stage with other accomplished dancers. Her Alexander Technique teachings include movement re-education, expanding sensory awareness, freedom in action and releasing unnecessary tension while discovering an evolving body. She finds joy in travel, adventures (her first skydive may come next) and giving personal attention and hands on guidance for movement discovery. Julie teaches Cor Bar Classical and Yoga Beginnings downstairs at YogaMoga, reminding all to dance every day. |

Pat
Pat's quiet, cultivated leadership gives voice to a studio that wants to know your individual needs, desires and goals. She is a lifelong student, and shares thoughtful hopes of having each student be in their best body. When she isn't giving students an enlightened understanding of their body, Pat chooses life enrichment over lackluster through…her family (including her miniature poodle Louie), travel and good, clean food. Pat opened Cor Pilates, LLC, in 2005. During her more than 20 years of experience in the wellness/ fitness industry, she has acquired numerous certifications including full certification by the Pilates Method Alliance, Yamuna Body Rolling Practitioner, Personal Trainer and various cardio training methodologies. |
